Fresh lemon juice and lemon zest are mixed into a delicious cookie base to create a zesty lemon-based dough. Velvety white chocolate chips are folded in to create the ultimate flavor combination of sweet and tart. The dough is then rolled in powdered sugar before baking to give these lemon cookies their crackly cloud-like finish.

After 25 years of making grown-up desserts for grown-up palates, Pastry Chef Cindy Kruse realized she wanted to make sweets for the kid in all of us. So she opened Cindy Lou’s Cookies, a classic All-American cookie shop specializing in big, old fashioned, seriously delicious cookies in 2017 in Miami, Florida. Trained at The Culinary Institute of America, Cindy spent a decade working with some of the best chefs in the United States, including Emeril Lagasse and Jean Georges Vongerichten. Every one of the cookies at Cindy Lou’s reflects Cindy’s culinary pedigree while reminding you of childhood. Each cookie has its own custom dough, and every ingredient is handmade in house.
