Some restrictions applyInspired by the red sauce joints Chef Christian grew up with in The Bronx, this ooey gooey cheesy garlic bread took him years to perfect! Christian first sold this cult favorite garlic bread out of his mobile pizza truck, and it became so popular that it earned its own pop-ups and was featured on the Food Network documentary “Restaurant Hustle.” It starts with a fresh-baked sesame semolina loaf from a Bronx bakery, which remains crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It’s slathered with plenty of garlic butter and topped with a mixture of mozzarella, pecorino, and parmesan for an epic cheese pull, and finished with a dunk in Christian’s signature tomato sauce!
Born and raised in the Bronx, Chef Christian Petroni has made a name for himself as one of New York City’s most prominent Italian-American chefs. Christian first rose to fame as the founder of the groundbreaking wood-fired Italian restaurant Fortina, which had five Tri-State Area locations. During his time at Fortina, he found stardom on the Food Network, where he’s appeared on shows including Guy’s Grocery Games, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Beat Bobby Flay, and Supermarket Stakeout. And now his signature dishes are shipping nationwide!
This package serves up to 8+ people and includes everything you need to make 2 loaves of Cheesy Garlic Bread
- 2 loaves Garlic Bread
- 2 bags Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan & Pecorino Cheese Blend (each 6 oz.)
- 1 pint Marinara Sauce (16 oz.)
- 1 Bunch of Dried Italian Oregano (1 oz.)
- Each Garlic Bread measures 18″×3″ and weighs 1.5 lbs.

- Upon arrival, place the garlic bread, sauce, & cheese bags in the refrigerator for 4-6 days. Or Freeze for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Remove bread from plastic and place into foil bag. Bake for 12 minutes. This will melt the butter so it permeates and will start to crisp the crust as well.
- Tear open foil back and lay flat. Open garlic bread so buttered sides face up, sprinkle cheese blend and Italian oregano evenly on top.
- Place back in the oven on the torn foil bag or on a sheet of foil paper on a sheet pan. Heat until golden brown, bubbly & beautiful, about another 6-8 minutes. It is ok for the edges to char and for the cheese to have little brown spots of toasted mozzarella & parmesan.
- Drizzle sauce over bread and enjoy!
