Born and raised in the Bronx, Chef Christian Petroni has made a name for himself as one of New York City’s most prominent Italian-American chefs. Christian first rose to fame as the founder of the groundbreaking wood-fired Italian restaurant Fortina, which had five Tri-State Area locations. This package serves 14-16 people and includes
- 6 half trays Garlic Butter Sicilian Pizza
- 1 Bunch of Dried Sicilian Oregano (1 oz.)
- Each Pizza measures 12.75″ × 8.75″ and weighs 2.3 lbs.
- Each Pizza serves 2-3 people
- Pizzas ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, place sealed pizza in the refrigerator for 5-7 days or in freezer for up to 1 month
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Place pizza in oven. If your oven heating coils are at the bottom of the oven place the pizza on the lowest rack. If not, middle rack is ok!!
- Cook for 20-25 mins.
- Place on a cooling rack and sprinkle with your Sicilian oregano.
- After resting for a minute, transfer pizza to a cutting board & enjoy!
