Garlic Bread
Inspired by the red sauce joints Chef Christian grew up with in The Bronx, this ooey gooey cheesy garlic bread took him years to perfect! Christian first sold this cult favorite garlic bread out of his mobile pizza truck, and it became so popular that it earned its own pop-ups and was featured on the Food Network documentary “Restaurant Hustle.” It starts with a fresh-baked sesame semolina loaf from a Bronx bakery, which remains crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It’s slathered with plenty of garlic butter and topped with a mixture of mozzarella, pecorino, and parmesan for an epic cheese pull, and finished with a dunk in Christian’s signature tomato sauce!

Sicilian Pizza
Chef Christian’s version of the New York staple –– thick-crusted Sicilian pizza –– is a combination of the square pies he grew up with in The Bronx and the pan pizzas found at pizza chains. The cheese is ooey gooey, the marinara sauce has been slowly simmered for over eight hours, parmesan and pecorino give it a salty kick, and the rich garlic butter is speckled with garlic and Italian oregano!
