Based in Jessup, Maryland, Chesapeake Bay Gourmet specializes in regional foods from the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. Chesapeake Bay Gourmet works with local butchers, farmers, and artisans from the Chesapeake Bay Watershed to source the highest-quality meats and side dishes, including USDA Prime Black Angus beef from J.W. Trueth, free-range turkeys raised by Mennonite farmers, and Heritage bacon from Kunzler.
This package serves 2 people and includes:
- 2 Lobster Tails (0.5 lbs. Total)
- 2 Crab Cakes (0.5 lbs. Total)
- 2 Crab Clusters (0.5 lbs. Total)
- 1 tray of Mac N Cheese (16 oz.)
- Lobster Bisque (1 Qt.)
- 2 Individual Double Chocolate Fudge Cakes
- Ships frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival immediately place in the freezer until ready to thaw and cook
- May be kept frozen for up to 6 months
To Serve
Crab Cakes
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Remove crab cakes from all packaging, place on nonstick cooking sheet and brush with mayonnaise or melted butter
- Place cooking sheet on the middle rack of the oven
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F
- Remove from oven, and enjoy!
Crab Clusters
- Create a foil pack for 4 crab legs clusters with the heavy-duty aluminum foil which you have prepared. In specific, bring the 4 ends into the center, then fold them together twice.
- Next, place them on a baking sheet and bake them at 450˚F for the amount of time as below.
- Frozen crab legs: 25 minutes.
- Thawed crab legs: 15 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy!
Lobster Tails
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, and parsley, then brush the mixture evenly over the lobster meat.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place the tails onto a baking sheet, then bake for approximately 8-30 minutes, until the lobster is fully cooked but not rubbery. Should reach an internal temperature of 140 F.
- Enjoy!
Lobster Bisque
- Thaw in refrigerator before heating (approximately 24 hours) Pour into a sauce pan, and heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until steaming hot (internal temperature of 165F).

Smoked Scallop Mac N Cheese
- Remove plastic cover, and bake from frozen at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
