Since opening in Jessup, Maryland, Chesapeake Bay Gourmet has been working with local butchers, farmers, and artisans from the Chesapeake Bay Watershed to source the highest-quality meats and side dishes, including USDA Prime Black Angus beef from J.W. Trueth, free-range turkeys raised by Mennonite farmers, and Heritage bacon from Kunzler.
This package includes
- 1 pack Ricotta Impastata Ravioli
- 1 pack Baby Spinach Ravioli
- 1 pack Portobello Ravioli
- 1 pack Grilled Vegetable Ravioli
- 1 pack Butternut Squash Ravioli
- Each pack includes 12 pieces of ravioli and weighs approx. 9.6 oz.
- Ships frozen with dry ice.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival immediately place in the freezer until ready to thaw and cook.
- Ravioli may be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
To Serve
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
- Add a little bit of salt to the water for seasoning.
- Add some extra virgin olive oil to the water to prevent the ravioli from sticking together.
- Then, simply boil for about 4-6 minutes, or until the ravioli floats to the top of the pot.
- Serve and enjoy!
