Chesapeake Bay Gourmet works with local butchers, farmers, and artisans from the Chesapeake Bay Watershed to source the highest-quality meats and side dishes, including USDA Prime Black Angus beef from J.W. Trueth, free-range turkeys raised by Mennonite farmers, and Heritage bacon from Kunzler.

This package serves 2 people and includes:

  • 1 “Sweetheart Ribeye” (1.5 lbs.)
  • 2 Potato Au Gratin Dauphinoise (each 4 oz.)
  • 2 Chocolate Lava Cakes (each 4 oz.)
  • Ships frozen with dry ice
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
  • Upon arrival immediately place in the freezer until ready to thaw and cook
  • May be kept frozen for up to 6 months

To Serve

Potato Au Gratin Dauphinoise

  • From frozen bake in a pre-heated 350ºF oven for 10-12 minutes or until done.

Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

  • Microwave on high for 45 seconds and serve hot. Optionally serve with a side of vanilla ice cream.
