Fried Chicken Sandwich Kit

Joyland’s fried chicken sandwich starts with chicken that’s been dredged in Cruze Farms buttermilk and a special flour mix seasoned with a proprietary blend of spices. It’s then deep-fried to golden-brown perfection and topped with North Carolina BBQ seasoning, delicious pickle and cabbage slaw, signature Joy Sauce, and Duke’s mayo. Be sure to add on fries or hashbrowns!

After establishing himself as one of America’s most renowned Southern chefs – winning the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast in the process – chef Sean Brock made the bold decision to to open four ambitious and unique Nashville F&B endeavors including the retro-inspired Joyland. At Joyland, which opened in 2020, the “Chef’s Table” star has turned his attention to two of the most delicious foods and earth: burgers and fried chicken sandwiches.
