  • Dinner Kit ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Store all items in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • If frozen, allow to thaw at room temperature for up to 1 hour.

To Serve

Potato & Pea Samosas

  • Heat oven to 350º F.
  • Place samosas on a baking sheet and put into the oven.
  • Cook until they reach 165º F or for approx. 15 minutes.
  • Tamarind and mint chuntey only need to defrost (if you need to speed up the process, you can place the jars in hot water to thaw).

Tandoor Chicken & Tikka Masala

  • Combine Tandoori Chicken and Tikka Masala in a pot over medium heat.
  • Bring to a simmer and continue to stir.
  • Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165º F or for approx. 10 minutes.

Masala Roasted Cauliflower & Moilee Curry

  • Combine Masala Roasted Cauliflower and Tikka Masala in a pot over medium heat.
  • Bring to a simmer and continue to stir.
  • Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165º F or for approx. 10 minutes.

Rice

  • Heat in microwave covered in plastic wrap for 2 minutes or until hot (heat in 30-second intervals).

Gulab Jamun

  • Heat covered in microwave for 30 seconds or until warmed through.
