- Change the Recipe by Chef José Andrés with Richard Wolffe – A unique collection of life lessons from a renowned chef and humanitarian.
- This package ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store the Xuxos in the freezer until ready to serve.
To Serve
- Thaw xuxos for 3 hours and enjoy at room temperature.
- For better results, place the frozen xuxos on a tray with parchment paper and bake them at 300℉ for 10 minutes.
- Add sugar to a bowl and coat the xuxos gently so you don’t break the flaky surface.
- Let them chill for 5 minutes and enjoy!
