- Each brownie weighs approx. 3-4 oz.
- Brownies ship frozen and arrive ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, store Brownies at room temperature or in the freezer.
- In an airtight container, brownies can last up to 5 days at room temperature, up to 2 weeks in the fridge, or up to 3 months in the freezer

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Zakarian spent six years as Chef de Cuisine at New York's renowned Le Cirque under head chef Daniel Boulud. He has helmed the kitchen at some of New York's most acclaimed restaurants of the past 20 years, and he serves as Chairman of the City Harvest Food Council, a food rescue organization dedicated to fighting hunger in New York City. Zakarian is one of America's most beloved and well-respected chefs, and now his signature creations – from cookies to sticky toffee pudding to his indulgent "Ugly Burger" – are shipping nationwide!
