Each small batch is tasted to ensure that there is enough smokey goodness before it is approved for sale.
Founded by Jonah Shaw in Delhi, New York, the artisan sausage maker Catskill Food Company makes sausages in small batches, by hand, like bacon blue cheese burger, Chinese pork dumpling, and Greek gyro sausages.

This product arrives raw in vacuum-sealed packaging to preserve peak flavor and moisture. Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment. Upon receipt, please cook or refrigerate.
