Lou’s pizzas are made according to the family’s original five-decade-old deep dish pizza recipe. All pizzas are hand-made from scratch, baked and quickly frozen to preserve their hot out of the oven freshness.
Over the course of 20 years, Carol Goldman perfected her recipes for her signature chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies, which clock in at a half-pound each. In 1983 her cookies were named America’s fourth-best by People Magazine, putting Carol and her cookies on the map, and her recipes haven’t changed since.
This package serves 2-4 people and includes:

- 1 “Body by Deep Dish” Red Baby Onesie (3-6 month size)
- Each pizza measures 9" and serves 1-2 people
- Each cookie weighs 7 oz.

- If pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 30 days.
To Serve
For the best experience, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan.
- Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan.
- Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown.
- Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza.
- If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes.
- Microwave cooking is not recommended.

Growing up in Saginaw, Michigan, Carol Goldman spent the Holiday season baking cakes, cookies, and pies with her mother, and over the course of 20 years she perfected her recipes for her signature chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies, which clock in at a half-pound each. When she first started selling them at a specialty grocery store in 1979 they sold out within hours, and in 1983 her cookies were named America’s fourth-best by People Magazine, beating Mrs. Field’s and Famous Amos and putting Carol and her cookies on the map.
Today, Carol’s Cookies are recognized as some of America’s best, and they can be found at specialty grocery stores nationwide. The recipes haven’t changed at all over the years, and all cookies are delivered within 48 hours of emerging from her ovens.
