A cornerstone of the East Hampton community since it was founded by baker Carissa Waechter and Managing Partner Lori Chemla in 2017, Carissa’s is an all-day bakery that’s baking stunning European-style breads, pastries, and vibrant cakes inspired by the surrounding flora on-site in a bright, sunny, modernist space. At Carissa’s, they support small local growers and producers who prioritize organic and sustainable farming, fair trade practices, and overall transparency, and the end result is a product that’s healthy, delicious, and absolutely unforgettable.
