Founded by Marcia Wiggins in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, in 2012, Cape Whoopies makes a range of Maine whoopie pies infused with globetrotting flavors, from chocolate chip and vanilla marshmallow “Bromance” to bourbon cream “Ditzy Brunette” to fluffy cream Dark Strawberry.
