Cape Whoopies imports the best ingredients from all over the world from Bensdorp chocolate from Holland to bourbon vanilla flown in from Madagascar. What we can’t get over, though, is the luscious cream filling that restores our faith in humanity. Have we lost you yet to a marshmallow dream world filled with satiny cream clouds?
