Cameron’s Seafood was founded in 1985 in Rockville, Maryland, by brothers Allen and Bijan Manesh. As a True Blue–certified partner, they’re committed to selling only 100% authentic Maryland crabs and crab products. In 2017, the next generation, cousins Cameron and Peymon, took the family business online, making it possible to ship their Maryland favorites to blue-crab enthusiasts and seafood lovers all across North America.
What’s so special about Maryland blue crabs anyway? It all comes down to the Chesapeake Bay’s unique climate and estuary. To survive the winter, blue crabs build up extra fat reserves, giving Maryland crabs their unmistakable sweet, buttery flavor—one you won’t find in crabs from anywhere else.
