A nod to the classic childhood favorite, this chocolate cake roll combines a light chocolate sponge cake with a delicious sweet chocolate cream and is covered with a chocolate glaze.
One of the oldest bakeries in northern New Jersey, Teaneck’s Butterflake Bakery is known for their amazing Kosher delicacies like their flavored challahs, authentic Jewish rye bread, and meltaway cakes. Everything is hand-made from scratch and many of the recipes have been handed down since the bakery opened in 1947.

- Each roll measures approx. 6″ × 3″ × 3″ and weighs approx. 1 lb.

- Swiss roll arrives frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store swiss roll at room temperature, covered for up to 2 days, in the refrigerator for up to 7 days, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
