Basketball Bruffles

Brownie Points’ Bruffles are the creation that proves Lisa King never stopped innovating after building her Columbus brownie company from a 1991 apartment kitchen hobby: fudgy brownie rolled with ganache and cream cheese, enrobed in a rich chocolate shell, and hand-decorated — in this case, as fully formed basketballs, dimpled and detailed. King started Brownie Points while teaching third grade, sold the company, bought it back, and eventually earned features on the Food Network and Good Morning America; the Bruffles are why the business stayed interesting across three decades.
