In 2002, Stephanie Hart decided to turn her passion for baking Southern-style cakes into a business, and Chicago’s Brown Sugar Bakery was born. Over the years, her cakes have become beloved as some of the very best in Chicago, and along with a loyal fan base she’s also appeared on Food Network’s “Holiday Baking Championship” and was a semifinalist for the 2019 James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef. This package serves 14-16 people and includes a 4-Layer Caramel Cake
- Each cake measures approx. 8″ × 5″ and weighs approx. 6 lbs.
- Cakes ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store cake at room temperature, in the refrigerator, or in the freezer.
- Cakes may be stored for up to 2 days at room temperature (covered), up to 1 week in the refrigerator, or up to 1 month in the freezer.
