Broken Arrow Ranch in Ingram, Texas, is renowned for its high-quality Texas game meats: wild venison, free-roaming wild boar, wild antelope, and humanely raised quail — and it’s the go-to for some of America’s top restaurants, including Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry and Per Se.
This package serves 10 people and includes:
- 1 Wild Boar Chop Ready Rack (1 -2 lbs)
- 1 Package South Texas Antelope Filets – 1 lb. (each filet is 4 oz.)
- 1 lb. Venison Ground Meat
- 20 Quail Legs
- 1 pk. Venison Smoked Sausage (Two 6 oz links per package)
- Game ships frozen with dry ice
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw
