Bonci (pronounced Bahn-chi), in the West Loop of Chicago, is the first US location of the cult Roman pizza shop founded by pizzaiolo Gabriele Bonci in 2003 and admired by the likes of Anthony Bourdain. Serving rectangular pizza “al taglio,” or cut pizza, the focus is on the toppings and the airy focaccia-like crust. Bonci is changing the pizza game by embracing artisanal Roman roots and these guiding principles: quality without compromise; using only the freshest, most natural ingredients available; and approaching agriculture as culinary art.
This package serves 18-20 people and includes 4 Large Bonci Pizzas
- Each pizza measures approx. 16″ × 12″
- Pizzas arrive sliced into 8 large sections (equaling 16+ slices)
