- All items should be placed in the refrigerator as soon as you unpack them.

To Serve
Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna: Stovetop
- The preferred method is to put 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and bring up to medium-high heat.
- Place the rice blocks in the pan and pan-fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the pan and let drain on a paper towel for 1 minute.
Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna: Oven
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Place crispy rice on an oiled baking sheet and heat for 4-6 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let drain on a paper towel for 1 minute.
Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna: Assembly
- Spread 2-3 oz. of spicy tuna mixture evenly on the crispy rice.
- Cut into 6 even pieces.
- Top each piece with sliced serrano & sliced avocado.
- Drizzle with eel sauce.
- Top with caviar and enjoy!
