What started in 2012 with a bag of flour and an Airstream food truck is today one of America’s most beloved family-owned restaurants, with lines of biscuit lovers snaking out the door and around the corner on a daily basis. Founded by the husband-and-wife duo of Karl and Sarah Worley (both Johnson & Wales culinary school grads) with just three items on the menu, Biscuit Love opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Nashville’s The Gulch neighborhood in 2015, and that year it was named one of America’s 50 Best New Restaurants by Bon Appétit.
