Hamantaschen are symbolic sweet cookies eaten during the Jewish holiday of Purim. These triangular shaped cookies are reminiscent of the Bad guy, King Haman’s three cornered hat. Traditional fillings include Poppyseed, Apricot jam, Dates, Prunes and Chocolate. These have non traditional fillings that include sprinkles, Oreo and caramel!
