Famous for their crave-worthy cream pies, “crunch pies,” and old-fashioned double-crusts, Betty’s Pies in Two Harbors, Minnesota has been baking handmade pies for decades. The pie shop’s namesake began selling coffee and donuts from her father’s fish shack on Highway 61 in 1956. Two years later, the shack expanded with a cafe that sold hot dogs, hamburgers, and pie.
