7 Up Bundt Cake

This nostalgic cake combines the zesty brightness of 7 Up soda with a moist, buttery crumb. It’s become a beloved Southern dessert, and it includes a 7 Up glaze for drizzling over the top!

Growing up on James Island just outside Charleston, Christina Miller started baking at age 4, helping her grandmothers (affectionately known as “Bert and T”) roll pie crusts and fill cake pans. Her love of baking continued into adulthood, and in 2021 she launched Bert & T’s Desserts. Christina’s traditional recipes for classic Southern and Gullah-inspired desserts have been passed down over generations through her grandmothers as well as the many other women she grew up around, and every item on her menu is made from scratch, using local ingredients whenever possible. This is a true taste of the Lowcountry, and it’s shipping nationwide!

A Sweet Taste of the Lowcountry

Growing up on James Island just outside Charleston, Christina Miller started baking at age 4, helping her grandmothers Bertha and Eutellia (affectionately known as “Bert and T”) roll pie crusts and fill cake pans.

From moist bundt cakes sweetened with 7 Up and Pepsi to traditional Gullah candies like groundnut cakes and benne brittles, this is a true taste of the Lowcountry, and it’s shipping nationwide!
