Beal's Famous Lobster Roll Kit + Shirt Gift Set

• Lobsters are caught fresh, cooked, and iced immediately to prevent overcooking. The cooked lobster meat is then hand picked, cleaned, and packed to order
• Beal’s lobsters are shipped with ice packs, which may thaw partially or fully during transit
• Upon arrival, place the package in the refrigerator. Lobster meat can be stored in the refrigerator in its original container on ice for up to 1 week
• Lobster meat can also be frozen for up to 6 months
• Follow the instructions in the card given to make the perfect Beal’s Lobster Roll! Meat can be heated by tossing in sauce pan with the butter that’s included in each box
• Blueberry Pie recommended to be served at room temperature, may be stored in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.

To Serve

Lobster Rolls

• Allow the Beal’s Buttah’ to warm up to room temperature, spread the butter on each side of the brioche roll and toast each side in a pan or on the griddle, to your liking.
• Open the fresh Beal’s Lobster meat and either prepare in a pan with some of the Buttah’ for a traditional taste OR mix with Beal’s Lemon Mayonnaise for a classic taste.
• Place the fresh (prepared) lobster in the toasted brioche
• Unwrap the fresh hand cooked potato chips… and remember to eat, drink, and be messy!

Blueberry Pie – Add On
Please follow the instructions below to warm up your freshly baked blueberry pie:

• Pre-heat your oven to 350℉.
• Remove the plastic wrap from the pie and discard.
• Place a piece of aluminum foil loosely over the top of the pie.
• Place the pie into the pre-heated oven.
• Heat for 25-30 minutes or until a metal fork tine inserted in the center comes out to your desired temperature.
• Remove from oven and remove tinfoil.
• Slice, and enjoy!
