In addition to looking much the same as it did back in Barney’s day, the iconic shop and restaurant has become a one-of-a-kind destination for smoked fish and deli lovers from across the globe. The Greengrass family’s commitment to serving the finest classic New York fare has earned Barney Greengrass countless accolades, including an American Classic Award from the James Beard Foundation in 2006.
