Taste the rainbow — literally! Julie Waxman turned her passion for baking rainbow-hued cookies into her dream business when she opened the New York boutique bakery Baked in Color in 2016. Made with colorful dough, each rainbow chocolate chip cookie is rolled and twisted, creating colorful chocolate chip cookies and rainbow “brookies,” a hybrid cookie and brownie.
