A delicious blend of blue crab, 3 Italian cheeses, lemon zest, and spice is used to fill an artisanal egg dough ravioli adorned with tomato-colored stripes. This very special dish is made in small batches and harkens back to Angelina’s Italian roots.
Angelina’s Crab Cakes has been renowned in Baltimore and beyond for decades. Established in a row home in 1952 as a small Italian grocery, then a restaurant, and now prepared on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, Angelina’s creates Baltimore’s Best Maryland crab cakes with heaps of jumbo lump Atlantic blue crab.
This package serves 2 people and includes 12 Crab Raviolis
- Each ravioli measures approx. 2.5"
- Each box of ravioli weighs approx. 9-10 oz.

- Raviolis ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store ravioli in the freezer.
- Raviolis can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months.
To Serve
- Bring 3 quarts of water to a moderate boil.
- Add ravioli and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Finish (optionally) by sauteing in butter for 1 minute, flipping once or pair with a lemon garlic butter or other light sauce of your choosing.
- Serve and enjoy!
