Croissant-donut hybrids that take three days and hundreds of laminated layers to make, each knot baking up chewy and flaky under an irresistible vanilla glaze. Andrew Zimmern himself helped name these now-famous Dough-Naparts. Angel Food Bakery has made them in Minneapolis since Katy Gerdes founded the shop in 2012. Eight to a box, from a bakery that does laminated dough the patient way.
