Bourbon Caramel Donut Bread Pudding
Every word of the name earns its place: leftover donuts soaked into a rich bread pudding loaf, laced with bourbon whiskey and caramel until it’s almost too decadent to describe. It’s one of Angel Food Bakery’s original treats, and demand exploded the moment the Cooking Channel’s Unique Sweets put it on TV. Katy Gerdes founded the Minneapolis bakery in 2012. A cult favorite from one of the city’s most inventive kitchens.
This package serves 10 people and includes a 9" Bourbon Caramel Donut Bread Pudding
- Icing and Caramel arrive on the side
- Each loaf weighs 2.5 lbs.
- Bread Pudding ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- May be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- May also be kept frozen for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- Thaw pudding to at room temperature.
- Warm bread pudding in the microwave 1-2 minutes (optional).
- Warm icing in the microwave (20-30 seconds) and pour over top of bread pudding.
- Pour caramel on top.
- Enjoy!
