With three Raleigh-area locations and more in the works, Andia’s Ice Cream is one of the Southeast’s most beloved ice cream shops, and with good reason. Founded in 2013 by Andia and George Xouris, Andia’s is a warm, welcoming mom-and-pop ice cream shop that commands lines down the street for handmade, super-premium ice cream in a variety of wildly creative flavors, torched sugar-topped Ice Cream Brûlées, and – most famously – decadently extravagant Monster Shakes.

- 1 Baklava – This Baklava ice cream flavor gives you a taste of what makes Andia’s, Andia’s. Indulge in this cinnamon- and nutmeg-infused ice cream with pieces of baklava and chopped walnuts. Opa!
- 1 Rose Pistachio – This Rose Pistachio features a delicious rosewater base (made by steeping rose petals and buds) with chopped, roasted pistachios throughout. Floral and refreshingly delicious!
- 1 Butter Toffee Popcorn – The salty, buttery popcorn base is the perfect setting for the local toffee and salty, gooey caramel that makes it heavenly!
- 1 Double Dark Chocolate – This two-time national blue ribbon winner is one of the most popular and decadent flavors! Its fudgy-richness is irresistible! Smooth in texture, it complements any cake or pie, but is also quite delicious eaten right out of the pint!
- 1 Lemon Basil Sorbet (V) – The most refreshing, perfect combination of sweet and tart, this Lemon Basil is a lemon sorbet with fresh basil leaves throughout. This drool-worthy flavor won an Honorable Mention in the nation for 2021 Vegan Flavor of the Year.
- 1 Mango Jalapeño Margarita – Voted Flavor of the Year by the North American Ice Cream Association! A spicy lime sorbet swirled with mango ice cream, lots of house-made candied jalapeños, and Tajin.

- Ice Cream ships frozen with dry ice.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, remove from packaging and place the pints of ice cream in your freezer for at least 6 hours to come to scooping temperature.
