Founded in 2013 by Andia and George Xouris, Andia’s is a warm, welcoming mom-and-pop ice cream shop that commands lines down the street for handmade, super-premium ice cream in a variety of wildly creative flavors, torched sugar-topped Ice Cream Brûlées, and – most famously – decadently extravagant Monster Shakes.
