With three Raleigh-area locations and more in the works, Andia’s Ice Cream is one of the Southeast’s most beloved ice cream shops, and with good reason. Founded in 2013 by Andia and George Xouris, Andia’s is a warm, welcoming mom-and-pop ice cream shop that commands lines down the street for handmade, super-premium ice cream in a variety of wildly creative flavors, torched sugar-topped Ice Cream Brûlées, and – most famously – decadently extravagant Monster Shakes.

- 1 Mango Kulf – Made with alphonso mangoes and steeped with cardamom, this traditional indian ice cream has pistachios mixed in.
- 1 Rasmalai – Saffron and cardamon ice cream with rosewater-soaked pistachios mixed in- a classic indian dessert in the form of an ice cream!
- 1 Rose Pistachio – Rose ice cream with chopped pistachios throughout— andia’s personal favorite flavor!
- 1 Masala chai – Black tea steeped with cardamom, cloves and ginger with lots of parle-g cookies mixed in!

- Ice Cream ships frozen with dry ice.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, remove from packaging and place the pints of ice cream in your freezer for at least 2 hours to come to scooping temperature.
- Pints may be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
