When Ample Hills first opened its doors in Brooklyn’s charming Prospect Heights neighborhood in 2011, it became an immediate sensation, with lines out the door every day. Owners Brian Smith and Jackie Cuscuna earned legions of devoted fans (including Oprah) for their super-creamy ice cream in super-creative flavors, and it expanded to locations across the country. Ice cream lovers everywhere were devastated when it closed down in 2022, but we’ve got good news: Ample Hills is BACK! In 2023, Smith and Cuscuna re-opened the shop in its original location, and have brought back their most beloved flavors.
