This package serves 4-6 people and includes everything you need to make 4 Fellini Sandwiches
- 12 oz Sopressata
- 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella
- 2 oz Arugula
- 8 oz Hot Peppers
- 4 Loaves Sesame Seed Semolina Bread
- Each sandwich is approximately 9" long and weighs 1-2 lbs

To Serve
- Slice the bread in half horizontally, scooping the top and bottom halves to resemble a canoe.
- Layer thin, folded sopressata ribbons over the bottom piece of bread, followed by mozzarella, arugula, and hot peppers.
