Since first opening its doors in the heart of the French Quarter way back in 1910, the restaurant has become the city’s most iconic destination to sample super-fresh Gulf oysters in a wide variety of preparations – they shuck more than a million every year! They’re also serving up expertly-prepared Cajun classics, and for the first time their most legendary menu items are being shipped straight from the Big Easy to your door!

- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Items may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 30 days.
- Once fully thawed, store at room temperature for up to 4 hours max.
To Serve
- If frozen, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
- Add red beans to pot and cook over medium heat.
- Stir frequently until fully heated through or until it reaches 165° F.
- Boil rice. Add pre-portioned container of rice to a small sauce pot.
- Add water to pot until the water line is about 1 inch above the rice.
- Cook on medium heat and simmer until water comes to a rolling boil.
- Once water is boiling, turn off the fire and cover. After 10 minutes, rice should be cooked to perfection.
- Carefully pour into a serving bowl and top with rice.
- Serve and enjoy!
