- Unopened cream has a long shelf life, approximately 12 months from date of delivery.
- After opening, refrigerate and use within 5 days.

What began in 1949 as a Scottish butcher shop just outside Detroit quickly grew into a beloved bakery specializing in authentic Scottish sweet and savory goods, including handmade meat pies, sausage rolls, shortbread, and other classic favorites. Ackroyd’s commitment to quality means every pastry, pie shell, and sweet treat is crafted with care and respect for time-honored recipes.
