Pies
- Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store items in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- For best results, items should be thawed overnight in the refrigerator before baking.

To Serve
From Refrigerator
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cover items in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.

Ackroyd’s Scottish Bakery is a third-generation, woman-owned small business rooted in nearly 75 years of traditional Scottish baking. What began in 1949 as a Scottish butcher shop just outside Detroit quickly grew into a beloved bakery specializing in authentic Scottish sweet and savory goods, including handmade meat pies, sausage rolls, shortbread, and other classic favorites. Ackroyd’s commitment to quality means every pastry, pie shell, and sweet treat is crafted with care and respect for time-honored recipes. While the original storefront has given way to a modern production facility in Redford, Michigan, the bakery continues shipping its traditional fare to all 50 states, bringing Scottish bakery staples from its family legacy straight to your table.
