Wendy and Dave Achatz have been concocting some of the nation’s best pies since 1993, when they started baking in their Victorian home in Armada, Michigan. After moving the operation nearby to a ten-acre apple orchard, Achatz Handmade Pie Co. was officially born. Many of their recipes have been passed through generations, and they continue the tradition by sharing the same handmade techniques instilled from childhood.
This package serves 8-10 people and includes 1 Michigan 4-Berry Cheesecake
- Each cheesecake measures approx. 9" and weighs approx. 3.5 lbs.
- Cheesecake ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store cheesecake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- If enjoying right away, Remove all outer wrapping (plastic shrink wrap and paper wrap). Place cheesecake on the provided food-safe gold circle.
- If enjoying later, Do not remove cheesecake from box or wrapping. Place the whole cheesecake box in the freezer.
- Cheesecake lasts up to 6 months in the freezer.
- Refrigerate any unused portion for up to 7 days.
To Serve
- If frozen, thaw in refrigeration for 24 hours.
- Remove all outer wrapping and place cheesecake on the provided food-safe gold circle.
- Slice and enjoy!
