- Upon arrival place in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 12 months
To Serve

To Serve
- If preparing from frozen, thaw tenderloins in the refrigerator 12 hours before serving
- Allow the sealed packages to rest at room temperature for approximately 30 – 45 minutes
- Bring a pot of water to a full boil, then turn off the heat
- Place the still-sealed packages into the hot water (the package may be gently adjusted to fit your pot)
- Let the tenderloins sit in the hot water for 10–15 minutes
- Remove from water and open the packages
For Entrée Service
- Slice the pork tenderloins across the grain into ⅓-inch slices along the entire length of the tenderloin.
- Arrange on a warm platter and serve immediately

Founded by Jack Brantley, the beloved catering company became known for a marinade created by Jack’s friend Wayne Fenters—a recipe that still defines Aberdeen’s tender, flavor-packed grilled beef more than four decades later.
What began as a small-town catering business grew into a regional favorite, with Aberdeen’s signature tenderloin served at weddings, corporate events, and even gatherings attended by the President of the United States.
