To Serve
- Before You Start: In addition to the items in your order, you will need the following: frying pan, mixing spoon, vegetable oil.
- Heat Oil: Pour just enough vegetable oil into a pan to lightly coat the bottom, heat to 300°F. This temperature is ideal for sautéing.
- Sauté Carrots: Add carrots to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes. They should soften slightly but still retain some crunch.
- Cook Beef: Add beef to the pan, sprinkling red pepper flakes according to your taste preference. Sauté the mixture for an additional 1-2 minutes, ensuring the beef is evenly cooked.
- Add Sauce: Pour in the hot & sour sauce*, stirring it through the beef and carrots. Let the mixture cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the sauce to slightly thicken.
- Once everything is cooked and the sauce is aromatic, your Crispy Beef entrée is ready to be served. Enjoy this savory and slightly spicy dish!
