This small monastery in upstate New York is producing what many believe to be the finest cheesecakes in the country all made by hand by the sisters. In between daily prayers, the nuns make a limited number of cheesecakes each day, just as they’ve done for nearly four decades. They’ve been featured on the Rachael Ray Show as well as The New York Times.

Instructions / Storage
- Cheesecakes are shipped frozen on ice packs and will arrive frozen or slightly thawed.
- Cheesecakes thaw in refrigerator 2-4 hours or on the countertop for 1-2 hours.
- Cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 6 months.

- Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the shop
- New Skete Monastery ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- FREE SHIPPING to New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. There is an additional ship charge for the rest of the country.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional charge of $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
