Mrs. London's Bakery

French Pastries from Historic Saratoga

Greenwich Village in the 1970s, he was a pastry chef, she was his apprentice. He was exact and precise, trained in French Kitchens, she was a free spirit preferring a more organic approach to baking. Together they dreamed of opening a bakery. Could the start to a love story be any sweeter than that of Mr. & Mrs. London? We think not. In 1977, they left the big city to fulfill their dream and open Mrs. London’s Bakery. Locals and tourists loved the couple’s delicious pastries that reflected the romance of their own story and the beauty of Saratoga Springs. Now, over four decades later, the bakery carries on these traditions, with irresistible creations such as their lemon glazed almond croissants, which are more than big enough to share with your sweetheart.

We're not the only ones who love them!

Mrs. London's Bakery has been featured on the CBS morning show, and in the New York Times and Food & Wine Magazine.
