  • Choose up to 3 large trays of Sweet Potato Casserole
  • Each tray of Sweet Potato Casserole is 10.5″ × 12.5″ × 3″
  • Each tray serves 8-12 people

Ingredients

sweet potato, butter, ginger, cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg, condensed milk, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, milk, pecans, flour

Instructions / Storage

  • Each tray is made fresh to order and ships frozen on dry ice
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place Sweet Potatoes on center rack in oven, uncovered
  • Bake for 45 minutes until top is golden brown
  • Remove from oven and serve

I ordered the BBQ sides so I wouldn't have to cook this weekend. The Mac and Cheese is completely amazing. The Sweet Potato Casserole equally delicious. I haven't even opened the beans yet because these 2 sides are huge and so delicious that I completely forgot the brisket we smoked as I plowed through the sides! Will definitely repeat this order especially if its for a crowd! EXCELLENT!!

Arrived on time. Heated according to instructions although skeptical at first because it said to leave the cryovac it came in ON but glad we followed instructions since it was delicious. The accompanying sauce - noticeably absent of ingredients was delish. Since we lack good allergies for us no big deal but another customer may not like that.
