Instructions / Storage
- Arrives ready to enjoy
- Kept in a cool dry area, away from light, cakes may be enjoyed for up to a week
- Frozen and double wrapped, cakes may be enjoyed for up to 3 months
- To serve from frozen, set the cake out at room temperature for about 2 hours before serving

I used to live in France and have tried galette des rois (king cake) from bakeries all over the country; this is the best one I’ve found! Lots of frangipane in the middle and it is a little on the custardy side if you like that style. Also the fleur de lis on the top is beautiful!
