Over 30 years ago, Chimene Mayne Ross and her siblings came home to a small brown bag on the kitchen counter with a special treat inside. Their dad, who ran Dorothy Lane Market, a specialty food gourmet supermarket in Dayton, Ohio, said, “Try that; it’s a killer brownie.” And the name stuck! The “Killer Brownie®” was soon being made at Dorothy Lane Market’s bakery and so began decades of growing affection for this big, yummy, triple-layered treat in flavors like Salted Caramel Brownie, Cookie Dough Brownie, and Confetti Brownie.

Flavor Options Include
- Original Killer Brownie® – This is where it all began—our tried and true original recipe. Layers of rich fudgy brownie folded with crunchy pecans hug a layer of our signature caramel that’s sprinkled with chocolate chips. This is original recipe that started it all back in the late 1970’s in our DLM Oakwood Bakery.
- Confetti Killer Brownie® – Rainbow sprinkles bring the party to this moist blonde brownie featuring a layer of creamy caramel and white chocolate chips. This Confetti Killer Brownie® Gift Box will have you looking for a reason to celebrate!
- Triple Chocolate Killer Brownie® – Calling all chocolate lovers! Rich chocolate brownies hug a layer of our signature caramel that’s sprinkled with chocolate chips then finished with—you guessed it—more chocolate chips, the Triple Chocolate Killer Brownie® variety is brimming with chocolatey goodness.
- Cookie Dough Killer Brownie® – The warming taste of a chocolate chip cookie marries with the allure of a Killer Brownie®. Cookie Dough holds the nuts, but lets chocolate chips take center stage as they nestle in with the smooth and decadent caramel.
- Salted Caramel – A touch of coarse sea salt is sprinkled into the rich, buttery caramel in the center of this decadent brownie. Finished with chocolate curls for the perfect blend of salty and sweet.
- Peanut Butter – The creamiest peanut butter is snuggled with melt-in-your-mouth caramel, between layers of our Belgian chocolate brownies that are folded with salty roasted peanuts.
- Brownies ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Store brownies covered at room temperature for 5-7 days, refrigerated for 14 days.
- Store brownies frozen for longer shelf-life, cover in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe container. Brownies will last up to 30 days.
To Serve
- Place in refrigerator to thaw fully, or warm for 10-15 seconds in the microwave.
