• Choose between 3 or 5 cheeses

3 Cheese Assortment Includes

• Parmigiano Reggiano – Made in the Emilia, Romagna region of Italy this partially skimmed cow’s milk, unpasteurized, hard; pressed, cooked curd; brushed, oiled rind cheese is aged from 30-36 months. The fat content is approximately 30%, the flavor is enormous, with a slightly salty finish. A true classic!
• Bucheron – Soft, but semi-firm in texture. This cheese when young provides a mild flavor that becomes sharper as it matures. It is a good cheese for salads or for snacking
• Manchego – Fresh and subtle in flavor this is a young Manchego which is most commonly used as a snack cheese along with a fruity white wine and walnuts
